{"content":"_MyRice_Base is a curated biological database, which aims to centralise genomics and transcriptomics information for rice quality traits, particularly amylose and antioxidants. To date, _MyRice_Base consists of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP), genes and biological networks that are available for the user to search, browse or download this information. Putative panel SNPs from the genome and expressed genes, panel SNPs of pigmented rice varieties, annotated SNPs, and co-expressed genes can be retrieved using search and filter functions. A search query can be done based on SNP ID, gene ID and variety name. _MyRice_Base also provides Tableau and Neo4j for visualisation.
