At the forefront of this transformation is technology, serving as both a catalyst and an enabler for collaboration, innovation, and excellence.\n\nAs a leader, I have witnessed firsthand the challenges that arise when professionals from diverse disciplines strive to align their efforts toward a common goal. Bridging these gaps requires not just shared knowledge, but also seamless communication, mutual understanding, and trust. Technology has revolutionized the way we address these needs. By enabling real-time collaboration, offering cutting-edge simulation tools, and facilitating continuous learning across geographical boundaries, technology has become a cornerstone of interprofessional practice.\n\nI am confident that this 5th ICON-IPEPC Conference provides the needed platform to explore these insights and ideas as it continues to inspire educators, practitioners and leaders to further harness the power of technology in building a more cohesive and compassionate community.\n\nFinally, I would like to thank our distinguished keynote speakers, reviewers, sponsors, and participants for their contributions in making this conference a success.
